On November 25th, Lawyer Wendy Yang from International Transactions Group visited IBA GL5 students. Mrs. Yang offered a fresh perspective on global business by arguing that employer-employee relationships are two way streets. An employer hires an employee for their skills and their job, not to learn or grow. An employee on the other hand can argue for their usefulness by marketing their skills. The International College would like to thank Mrs. Yang for her time with the students. We look forward to next year.
