International Business Administration (IBA) Program

Faculty Recruiting Announcement

A full-time Assistant Professor (or higher) position is available in the International Business Administration Program of the International College of Tunghai University.

The successful candidate will be appointed as tenure-track, visiting, or project-based based on their experience, expertise, and research history, and will be responsible for coordinating and teaching in the Global Leadership core courses, courses for student future development, and the business related courses.

Possession of a doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Business Administration, Liberal Arts, or a related field, along with a demonstrated commitment to undergraduate teaching in an English-taught, liberal arts–focused academic program, is required. Please note that all courses in the International College are taught in English

Application Materials – Please note that ALL of the following MUST be in English:

Cover letter;
Resume;
Copy of Ph.D. diploma and graduate transcripts (Foreign diplomas need to be certified) ;
Two recent letters of reference;
A statement about the applicant’s teaching philosophy and research plans;
A sample course syllabus for one of the courses you can offer;
Ph.D. dissertation;
Copies of recent 5 years publications;
A photocopy of the Certificate issued by Taiwan Ministry of Education (M.O.E) (if you have one)
