Tunghai University International College Student English Proficiency Grant
A. Eligibility
- Officially enrolled in the International College. Either domestic or international students who take non-native English proficiency exams during their study period and obtain proof of certification.
- For students about to graduate, the certification must be obtained before graduation.
- Students can apply for the English proficiency grant, with priority given in the following order: Academic Year 112, followed by Academic Year 111, 110, and 109.
B. Principles for Grant:

* Each proficiency level exam can only receive the grant once. For subsequent applications, the certification level must be higher than the previous one, and the exam results must be obtained after the previous received grant. Each certificate can only be used to apply for the grant once.
C. Required Documents for Application:
- Application Form
- Examination result certificate (one original and one copy; original will be returned after verification, copy retained)
- Certification uploaded for student system verification
- Receipt (If the name on the receipt is in a foreign language, a copy of the bank booklet should also be attached for verification)
D. The application deadline is 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 21, 2025.
Applicants for the English Proficiency Test rewards must submit the required application documents to the department office before the deadline. Applications with missing attachments will be considered ineligible. The College will complete the review process within two months of the application deadline. The list of grant recipients will be published on the International College's website.
※ Important:
If the English proficiency certification provided by the applicant involves forgery, plagiarism, violation of intellectual property rights, or any improper conduct such as multiple applications for the same certification, the award will be revoked, and the applicant will be dealt with according to university regulations.
