(Only senior students graduating this academic year are eligible to apply)
To qualify the student must be:
1. Overcome special difficulties. 
2. Aggressive learning: Each semester’s academic average 80 at least (GPA 3.38), behavior score 85 at least (A level), student labor score 80 at least (A- level)
3. Excellent performance and enthusiastic in public matter.
If you meet these qualifications and would like to apply, please submit the applications (Application form, Score transcript for each semester (hard copy), Autobiography (1000 words) and any proof of outstanding performance or award certificate) to IC office before March 9th, 2023.
