Dear teachers and graduates, I am 曹大剛 Antony from International Business Administration, it is my honor to represent the International College today at the graduation ceremony.
As a student of International College, we were able to enjoy plenty of resources and courses provided by the department and the Professors. With an English immersion environment, interdisciplinary curriculum, and multicultural experiences, the International College cultivates us to become leaders in the 21st century with a global perspective, I guess we will never forget Dr.陳文典典哥’s Economic class, Mr.Jim’s accounting class, Professor Frank’s Business policy class, and the most stressful, Professor John’s sustainability class and project. I also remember that our dean, Dr. James Sims always wanted to kick us out, urging us to go abroad to experience different cultures and engage in the world, but because of COVID, many obstacles were ahead of us.
Although we have lost many beautiful imaginations that graduation should have due to the pandemic, however, we are not discouraged, instead, we encourage and support each other to pursue our dreams and create common memories that belong to us.
And now, here we are, thriving and surviving. I would like to thank all of the professors and the faculties at the International college that are always working so hard to lead and guide us through this wonderful journey.
Graduation is not an end, but a brand new start to the next journey. I wish you all a happy graduation and a bright, exciting future in which all your dreams come true. Thank you!
