One Full-time Assistant Professor (or higher) Faculty Position

or

One Full-Time Project-Based Faculty Position

 

A full-time Assistant Professor (or higher) position and a full-time project-based faculty position are available in the Interdisciplinary Degree Program (IDP), starting August 1st, 2022. 

Possession of a doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Chinese Teaching as a Second Language is required.  Tentative courses will include intermediate Chinese for foreign students, Taiwan Nature and Environment, Taiwan Society and Culture, Chinese Reading and Writing, Taiwan Current Affairs, Global Leadership General Education Courses as well as courses related to the applicant’s area of expertise.  Please note, beside the Chinese language learning courses, all courses in the International College are taught in English.  Successful candidates will be appointed as either full-time faculty or project-based faculty based on their experience, expertise, and research history.
